Im starting to do this workout from now on! I am also planing to run in the morining but the weather its just not it :(( ( 5 days in a week with breaks of course so its like i run monday and tuesday and then in wednesday i have a break etc.), and I often ride a bike with my friends practically everyday when its hot and then we have like a swiming pool in our city so this is where we spend most of the time after bikes and i eat 1300- 1500 kcal and i know its not much but i really cannot eat more becuase i am really full
DAY
1 doneee, it was kinda hard but i enjoyed it! (didn't run but had a walk, 1450kcal)
2 doneee ( didn't run, 1340kcal)
3 donee, going on a bike today for a long trip! Im switching the workout because it just got to easy but i really enjoyed it!!!

I thought about it and i decided to change the workout after it becomes easy for me so i may end it after one week or idk 5 days and then start a difficult one
