I will start doing this for a week starting today along with a diet hit like if you’re interested in the results
Starting weight: 65kg
Goal weight: 55kg (by the end of 2020)
Day 1 : okay i barely complete a workout but this one i managed to complete probably because it a no jumping workout feeling pretty good and oh boy.. them sumo squat dips are tough 🤣
Day 2 : so i just finished only half the workout cause i didn’t feel like doing it whole and my muscles are sore from the workout i did yesterday but overall i don’t see any changes yet :D I’m positive tho
Day 3 : day 3 done! Today was not as tough as the past 2 days and omg! -2cm on my thighs, must be a result of the diet combined with this workout! Definitely seeing minor changes already, i recommend combining this workout with a high protein/fat low carb diet

I do work out with you everyday for almost 2 years (size xs Pettit). Need more round thighs but can't do jumping or any activity like that. I had many operation( colon cancer). From Ontario, Canada Sia.
