I get asked all the time how to lose weight in certain body areas. And while there are workouts that involve those certain muscles, the weight loss rule of thumb is this:

If you reduce your body fat in general, you will also lose weight in those problem areas that you have.

With that reasoning in mind I created this simple workout routine you can do at home to burn belly, side, and thigh fat. Not only does this workout burn fat, it will also strengthen the muscles in your glutes, thighs, and legs!

Have been doing this for a week. First four days were horrible after the workout as my thighs were paining but after that no pain at all. I lost 2 kg in a week, of course with the aid of other stuff like intermittent fasting for 18 hours, green tea on an empty stomach, 2L of water everyday, no fast foods especially noodles. I struggled to lose weight but small changes make a huge difference. Don't give up and remember you're doing it for yourself and not others.

I have started today 2nd july 2024 .., sweating literally.. i will update u in august .. 1 month later .. do like my comment to remind me to do it everyday 😅

DISCLAIMER: This is a motivation comment to remind me every day that I have to do the exercise routine and update you!
Every time when exams period starts I realise that I gain 2-5 kg every time. Not only because of sitting on my desk studying, but also because I am anxious and everything I eat turns into more fat. Belly and inner thighs are my biggest problem when it comes to gaining wheight. So I decided to start this routine.
DAY 1✅: I just did the whole thing and I got exhausted. Thank God it had many breaks between the exercises. The truth is that my belly wasn't empty enough, so i struggled a little bit more, but that's ok. I already feel better with myself. I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning without eating anything and then I'll drink some green tea.
DAY 2✅: Just finished and i swear guys I'm sweating. I did the exercises much better than yesterday and I feel the fat burning. It was the first thing that I did as soon as I woke up and I feel grateful for doing so. It was much easier with a complitely empty stomach. My stomach is already much flatter than yesterday. Now I'm gonna drink a cup of green tea and then jump into the shower.
DAY 3✅: This time I did it much easier. Ofcourse I started getting tired with lunge jumps, but I made it. My thighs hurt but I feel stronger every day.
DAY 4✅: I just complited it succesfully for 4 days in a row and the first signs of improvement are starting to show. My thighs hurt a bit still, but my belly got pretty flat and my legs feel a lot stronger. Only if you start exercising you will see how weak your feet and hands are. Each day is more easy to complete the routine and with a balanced diet you will see a lot quicker the results. I stopped eating sugar, not even in the tea, i eat veggies and mostly chicken for meat. You feel better with yourself and gain more confidence.
DAY 5✅: My legs don't hurt as they used to. The difference started to show (flat belly tight thighs, even butt is more peppy). I measured my belly and thighs before starting this exercise so in 2 days from now I'm gonna measure my body again to see how much of a difference it has. But for now it's shower time
DAY 6✅: Completed once again! I don't struggle with lunge jumps anymore. A cool shower is the only thing that I need right now.
DAY 7✅: I measured myself, because it's been a week since i started. So my old measurements were: belly 94cm, right thigh almost 59cm, left thigh 58cm. My new measurements are: belly 87cm, right thigh: 57cm, left thigh: 57cm. Advice: drink a lot water throughout the day, eat veggies and chicken, drink green tea while your stomach is empty
DAY 8✅: For the first time I didnt check not even one time how many exercises are left. It went by fast.
DAY 9✅: I feel very good with myself, cause for the first time I'm commited to an exercise routine.
DAY 10✅: Time went by fast today. It's summer and in Greece it's super hot, this is why I'm sweating so much. Shower time!
DAY 11✅: Today I didn't miss a single lunge jump. The difference in my body is beyond imagination. Shorts that didn't fit me anymore before starting the exercise now fit me as they used to.
DAY 12✅: Accomplished!
DAY 13✅: Completed! Tomorrow I'll measure myself again and move on to a new exercise routine.
DAY 14✅: Finished it for the last time. I'll move on to a new routine tomorrow. Overall it's a very efficient to lose weight

Was great, I just changed lunge jumps with jumping jacks because my hamstrings are hurt due to weight lifting.

I stated this for 21 days from 2 November.... 😅 i will update daily and complete this ... having pcod ... that's why want to lose weight 😅and i will ❤
Day 1 .... ✔.... leg pain 😢
Day 2 ✔...still painful 😢
5 days gap due to periods....
Day 3 ✔
Day 4 ✔...small leg pain
Day 5... ✔... small change in leg fat ... 😅
Day 6... no leg pain 🎉

June 4: Did only once
June 5: I no longer have pain

I'm 21 years old and i have severe clinical depression its been 4+ years since i have done any exercise but i'm trying to be better and have a healthy lifestyle now. it's my first day of doing this and i'm so tired after just a 20 minute workout, and i could not even do lunge jumps. i will try to follow this workout daily and i hope i get better at these exercises!
