Starting today : June 5, 2024
I’m doing this workout until the end of June (vacation) and I’ll give updates !! (I’ll probably keep doing this for longer, but I’m documenting only until the end of June)

day 1: ✅ definitely felt some burn, but finished. Only did it once
day 2: 🚫 I woke up VIOLENTLY sick and I couldn’t get myself up to workout. will do it twice tomorrow.
day 3: ✅ did twice today, a little bit easier but still feel the burn. I noticed I don’t get as bloated as I was before.
day 4: ✅ felt the burn more towards the end. No differences in body yet, besides bloating going down more.
day 5: ✅ getting better at doing the exercises correctly, so i DEFINITELY still felt the burn. still no results since its only been 5 days, but i might do this more each day, or do more workout videos a day.
day 6:

ive been doing this for 4-5 days, its hard but definitely getting easier. havent noticed any changes in my body though but im sure with time will definitely notice
