I am doing this from 7 days
My waist is 26 inches (66cm)
Thigh is 17 inches (43cm)
Day 1 ✅️ Her exercises are so painful but so effective😅. I was feeling very much of pain and burn😢.I can't just express it, but I think I should recommend this exercise😊.
Day 2 ✅️ For Day 2 I was not feeling painfull. I always laugh after seeing her hands in side leg raises. Thank u for making me laugh 😃.

My weight was 70 kg before 2 months now my weight is 61 kg
I lose 9 kgs in 2 months than you Roberta.
The question you may ask,
What was your diet
Nothing, I just removed junk food from my diet, done this workout and One more. Gone for a walk for 15 mins.
And take a morning drink that is jeera tea on 7am.
Now my goal is to loose more 11 kgs to get my ideal weight that is 50

Yesss this workout works guys! I was 64 when I started it..and now I'm 54.. but with this workout I took care of my diet.. and I used to drink minimum 3.5 litres a day.. so give it a try!! 🌻

Wow i tried this for the whole month of last august my waistline 34 turn 29 and i dont check my weight but it feel better and my friends was shocked when they saw my improvement.
Do this with no excuses and followed by small portion deit too for quick results

im in my one week now so the results are
waist: from 28 to 26
hips: 34 to 33.5
thighs: 20 to 19
butt: 37 to 36
remember if you have slow metabolism, strict diet meal is must and drink ginger.

Hi I'm a 14 year girl. I didn't get periods for past 2 months when I went to doctor she told that I am having a disease she advised me to do some exercises and she gave iron tablets cause I am having a low haemoglobin 😢and this is my first day I feel lot fresh thanks roberta!

Previously I tried to search for comments to check whether this works or not but gradually I started following this twice a day plus intermittent fasting. Two weeks later, I can already fit into my old jeans. I don't really know how much I have lost but there's definitely some changes I can feel. That feeling of fitting into old clothes is amazing. Thank you Roberta's Gym. I will continue this routine forever. It seems easy and very effective.

It's almost 1year and I am able to change me a lot, everyday I try your different exercises and try to change different areas of my body, your every vedio, timing, rest times and music helps me a lot, I think in future I'll able to follow you, thank you sooo much

Hello everyone. I'm also doing this workout every morning. I am doing two workouts each day and then I complete 4 rounds of stairs climbing in my house. These workouts really helped me in losing weight. I was 49 ibs and now maybe 35 (I don't have weighting machine in my house 😅). I don't do dieting just eat home made food. Now in this situation don't keep your stomach empty 😉

Day 1: Completed (I sweated a lot)
Day 2: Completed (difficulty in knee tuck crunches 😅 but did jumping jacks without stopping 😎)

Day 3: Completed 😎
