I don’t understand why I’ve never heard of this product with The amount of decompression and back pain videos that I have watched over the last year ..My chiropractor and my inversion table have helped me tremendously. My heart went into AFIB while I was inverted. I feel like this product is what I need.

This technique actually works. If you have the money to spare buy the one that includes neck decompression as well. If you don't have the crazy amount of money to spare you can do decompression on your own using simple techniques or you can try and build yourself an extender. Just make sure you are not getting worse as in rare cases this can worsen your condition than help.

I endorse this device and Dr. Cedrick! I know this therapy works for I have had professional decompression therapy many times. This method works and may be even better since you can do it at home and then go right to bed, which is the best case scenario. Plus, Dr. Cedrick and this company is honest, reliable, and truthful with high business ethics and standards. I wish every online business were as such!

I use an inversion table, your own body weight does the work for you, it has helped my sciatica pain since I first got it a week ago and every time it relives the pain, it actually working for me and hope to be pain free soon.

I found this because I'm in serious need. For around 15 years now I've successfully used an inversion table. However, hanging upside down all these years has put a tremendous amount of stress on my knees. Now I am dealing with a knee issue, to the point I can't use my inversion anymore. Hoping something like this will help. Thanks for the video

I have both the inversion table and just acquired the In-Line back stretch bench which has helped a lot but is uncomfortable pulling from the ankles. I didn't know about the inversion belt but thankfully just found an identical one as in this video online at Amazon and immediately ordered it. All along since beginning the use of back stretch bench like the one in video, I've been thinking it would be much more effective if pulling from hips rather than ankles. Thankfully I found this video. In addition, my bench has the neck puller as well which I use.

I bought one of these a couple(ish) weeks ago.
I've already experienced a difference.

BUT, there is a problem that I'm hoping others, who are inventive, have noticed and solved.

That is, when you do the stretch, when you're done, you push the lever forward to release the bar (with the foot holders). The problem is, the release is harsh and snaps. Just like if you took an elastic band, stretched it, then just let one end snap back.

This is VERY DANGEROUS for the spine! The initial stretch is gentle, but the release SNAPS and the spine also SNAPS back. When I first did it, I noticed that this did not feel good. So after that, I used a method to slowly release the stretch, but it's not something that is easy to do every time.

So I had an idea to add 1 or 2 tiny shock absorbers on the square bars where they meet.
My idea is that when the release is pushed, these would absorb the shock of the snap back.

Has anyone else done this at all?

Ideas?

Prolonged, light, traction will be standard treatment for herniated disc, had to find this out myself, was promoted in seventies, then forgotten, I have heard.

If you think you may have a serious or on going low back issue its better to begin with a physical therapist using mechanical traction then finding the best home therapy devices that may help you. This device in my opinion and should not be considered medical advice in anyway or form could be beneficial for the every day guy or gal with a few aches and pains stiffness etc but for serious back pain consider Saunders traction but beware these devices like Saunders sometimes offers only a few degrees of traction after slippage etc. Most doctors can recommend inversion tables but if you can only tolerate traction in supine and have moderate to serious compression issues consult your doctor and look for a secure belt system. For the amount of decompression those folks would need you don't want a system that uses your arm pits to secure your upper torso, you really really don't and will regret it. Nice presentation.

They don’t mention that this is not cover by insurance and each session is approximately $300 dollars and if you have sciatica you’ll need at least 10 sessions which will come out to $3000 dollars! Is better to buy an inversion table and just hang upside everyday for 5 to 10 minutes and you’ll get the exact same results without breaking the bank

I realize that this is a very old video, but any chance you could post the information on that belt/harness with the straps that connect to the foot bar?
I can find this InLine Back Stretch Bench, but not a belt like tha tone.

I could make one, but I'd rather buy a good one.

Thanks in advance.
