I want to address the negative comments... I feel like half of the people took my advice and finally got fit the other half are here complaining
1. The Thumbnail: The two pictures are 1 week apart....(not clickbait)
2. The Title: I explain, how I lost belly fat in 1 week, exactly the way I did in the thumbnail (1 week apart)... not clickbait

Getting shredded is actually easy

1) cardio (pick something you like)
2) workout consistently
3) consume from 0.5 lb-1.2 lbs of protein per bodyweight
4) track your macro by using my fitness Pal
5) Drink from 1-2 gallons of water a day!
6) consume less sodium, less sugar!
7) make sure your plates are colorful
8) Be on a caloric deficit

Key tip: always leave a refill day. Don’t starve yourself too much!

The 5 tips mentioned:

1. Cardio
-- LIT = Light Intensity Training => Brisk walk (ideally tracked via smartphone)
-- HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training => for example 1 minute sprint, 1 minute jogging (in sum 30 minutes), do it in a fasted state to burn fat
2. Weight Training; recommended exercises:
-- leg raises
-- crunches
3. Nutrition: golden rule "caloric deficit"
4. Be consistent with these rules
5. Pro tipps: do vacuums, train with a belt

absolutely free and I got exactly the results I was looking for, had to dig a little further into his quote "70% of your abs are made in the kitchen" but after about an hour of research into what I should be eating and how I should be eating it, it was all up to my will power. this was a great video and very informative. Thank you Diamonds after 3 long years of doing pointless ab workouts I finally got what I wanted for myself. Thanks, really.

Guys i followed some simple rules and i got a great shape quickly :
1- just walk, don't take ubers or go always by car
2- avoid junk food as pizza or sth like that
3-avoid soda drinks
4- just breakfast, lunch and dinner, no between snacks
5-eat well in morning and less at night.
6- avoid smoothies and sweets as much as possible
=> working out may help, hit the gym

Strictly talking from personal experience about getting lean (and I tried it all). Wake up immediately drink Apple cider vinegar with water and lemon juice. Another glass of water. Coffee (if u like, black only)
Workout (m-w-f) =cardio (t-th)= weights. burn at least 400 calories on cardio days. Follow a push/pull pattern for your lifts. Always workout fasted. Drink water. More water. More water. Eat first and only meal at 6pm. Eat as much keto diet friendly food as you can in 1 hr. Stop eating. 8pm after food has settled, drink another big glass of apple cider vinegar with water. Take it with a multivitamin and turmeric (pill form is easiest). Once every month do a water only 48hr fast to clense (you can still train and will feel amazing). If you are committed enough to follow this (and dont cheat) your you will go from 20% body fat to sub 10% in 6 months + pack on a shitload of muscle. They don't sell this plan on infomercials because it requires the one thing most lack- discipline.
