5 Foot Strengthening Exercises

The five exercises in this video will challenge your toes and the muscles of your feet to start moving as they were intended. These exercises will help strengthen the arch intrinsic muscles and facilitate the process of aligning and restoring your feet.

Exercises:
1. Toe lifts
2. Toe presses
3. Toe spreading
4. Short foot
5. Hacky sack curls

Perform the exercises on each foot for 5-10 repetitions, at least 2-3 times per day.

Best exercises. I do this with all my patients after hip and knee joint replacements.

I can only lift my big toe if i hold my other toes down and I can only lift my little toes if i hold my big toe down, does it help bunion reversal if I do it this way or must I have surgery to correct

For your recommended shoes (for bunions) do you have a non-leather list? I don't necessarily need certified vegan...but I'd prefer not to get leather.
