I started doing this workout to tone my calves, but it's worked wonders for my weak left ankle. It now feels stronger and less painful, which is nice in general, but it also allows me to do more cardio, which really helps me feel fit and healthy. Thank you!

More of these workouts please!! I have great upper leg, arm definition, but struggle with calf. I have always envied those with great calves. My bottom legs look like stumps!

Perfect timing!!! Just finished a chest and shoulder opener yoga and this popped up right as I needed a short, little spurt of leg work to balance me out! Thank you so much for being such a huge part of my get-fit journey this year and bringing more dance back into my life! Ten inches off the waist so far and feeling fine! You rock!!!

I used to be a ballet dancer but had to quit because of hEDS and ankle injuries from pointe, this is the first calf workout I’ve found that doesn’t flare the nerve damage in my ankle. Thank you!!

Pro tip from a dancer, please please PLEASE make sure you’re not rolling back into your pinky toe when you go on releve. It takes some of the weight off of your calves and can also cause injury. Also try to avoid holding onto anything to get the best results!

2 week update - my legs feel so much stronger it really strengthened my feet, helps alot with other excersizes, u can really tell a difference. For the appearance there is a visual difference but it's not enough for me yet.

I’m a dancer, and at the studio I get made fun of/bullied for not having the classic “dancer body” yes I’m a little more on the heavier side but I wasn’t like that before covid back when I was 10, I may not have the muscles like a a classic dancer, but I am strong js not like that, so I’ve been working since January trying to get back where I used to be if not better since I’m now 15 trying to get the classic “dancer body” and all I can say is that this works big time I love it. It may be a little more on the easier side for me when I first started cuz again I’m a dancer I dance I do ballet, jazz, hip hop, cheer, open, contemporary, tap, lyrical, tumbling, modern, etc so I have more stronger calfs from ballet cuz we do bardio which rlly works out calf’s but doing this with other workouts rlly kills it trust me.

Thank you for this! I recently started a running program but my left calf kept cramping making it difficult to continue. After doing your workout consistently for a couple of weeks, my calves were stronger and I was pain free!!
