Here are 5 exercises to strengthen your feet. Strong and flexible feet can help reduce foot and ankle pain, decrease muscle soreness, and help you stay active overall. All the exercises can be done in a chair. This video is perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers.

We recommend doing these exercises twice in one sitting at least three times a week. They can be done after a warm up or any yes2next video.

- Point/Flex/Circles - 5x each foot
- Heel Raises - 5x
- Ball of Foot Circles - 5x each foot
- Toe curls - 10x
- Leg or Calf Stretch - 20-30 second hold each leg

Just did your foot exercises, twice, as recommended. G.R.E.A.T! Still have to work on my left Ball of Foot Circles coordination: that dang ball wants to raise itself off the floor! I do toe curls without a towel, making sure not to shirk on really tightly curling my toes. I've checked this one into my exercise library! I'm a cat lover. Lost my kittie, Shaak-Ti, the end of 2019. She, too, was shameless in her relaxation poses! Tee hee. Thanks, April, Aiko, and to Mochi for inspiring Mom to make me burst out in giggles...Anastasia

Thank you so much for putting out these videos. On Xmas eve was dealing with Covid while recovering from a kidney transplant. It took over a month to recover from Covid which left me very weak and brain fogged. I asked my sis if she could help find some excercises that would help recover strength and she texted me yours. You two are life savers. Up to your 30 min. Walking video now and still doing warm ups and several 10 and 15 min several times a day . Thank you appreciate all the time and energy you two put into making these

Thank you so much! I am loving all your yes2next exercises...especially the variety and the gentle way you encourage each of us to try our best. Each segment is just right in timing. You move on just as I'm about to give up! Watching both of you at work gives me the confidence to speed up or slow down as necessary. I love the interaction between both of you and I find myself responding to and joining your conversations as if you are really present. You are warm, thoughtful, and entertaining! All this helps me forget that I'm working out. I have only been doing these for the past week but already I am beginning to feel more flexible and hopeful that my overall stiffness is reducing. Great idea. So many people (including myself) have foot/ankle issues, but we don't think of "exercising" them as often as other body parts even though they carry us all day! Some carry more than others lol.
