Thank you for this video. I have had ankle issues for years and in and out of therapy. The exercises you have highlighted here are the very ones I have found very helpful. I'm on day 3 of trying to do this every morning (plus a 10 minute gentle yoga warmup, and a 5 minute calf stretch routine).

I can already feel how weak and unstable my knees/legs/ ankles are while attempting this routine. I'll let you know how different they feel in a months time.

In recovery from a achilles injury, and this is good. Not too much strain or pressure but moving the joint. love it 💚💚💚💚💚

Do you have any advice for someone who can't grab the floor with their big toe? (Injury during youth severed tendon to large toe so my balance can be sketchy. Prevents big toe from bending downward)
I like how you put the toss and catch in there. Makes intencity more fun.

Before trying this, I have complex regional pain syndrome in my feet and legs. Lost strength and tone with reduced range of movement in my ankles and feet. Will these exercises help? X
