Today we are doing a 25-Minute Pregnancy Pilates Workout. Great for helping your body feel good in pregnancy. We will practice breathing and "pushing" for birth preparation to prepare you for your positive birth. You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth!

I hear hundreds of positive birth stories now and I love hearing how preparing your mind and body makes such a huge difference in your birth. Of course, I'm so excited for you and I really believe you can have your positive birth and beautiful baby!

Wow this one’s hella hard to do without a barre. Actually just super hard in general. I did ballet throughout my child hood and never once did plies on releve without a barre. This is hardcore

I enjoyed this session. Was little bit challenging for third trimester but time went by quick, the music and workout was fast. Loved the relaxing part at the end 😇
