Join me for this 25-min pregnancy pilates class to prepare for an easy delivery and birth. This pregnancy exercise for easy delivery will open our hips, get baby in an optimal fetal position, and strengthen our core and body for birth. Optional birth ball for this class or I provide no equipment options. It's safe for the first trimester, second trimester, and third trimester.

I delivered my baby girl at 40 weeks +1 day! Your workout videos, practice pushing, and the awareness video about tight pelvic floor helped me have a smooth delivery and NO TEARING!!!! I had an epidural and couldn't feel much, but she was born quickly after a few pushes using J-breathing! THIS is an amazing workout! I did it every other day in my last trimester and then once a week in the last month. this workout got my little guy in the perfect position. No tearing and he came out after two pushes. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and talent! I really appreciate it! I am sending your channel to my pregnant friends, you are the best!

38 weeks and with a little modification I still can do this. Thank you Jessica. I have been doing your pilates exercises since week 14. They are great and they kept me active during pregnancy. And I know they will help me in labor and delivery.

I just wanted to come on here and say that thanks to your videos I was able to have a successful TOLAC, resulting in a VBAC! ☺ I progressed super fast and thanks to your videos I did not feel much pain until I got to a 10. I started doing your workout videos at about 22 weeks in which I workout 3-4 days in the week. Once I hit the third trimester I did your workout videos 4-6 times in the week. Thank you for your videos! Can’t wait to start your postpartum videos!

Just wanted to say I have been following your channels since the start of my pregnancy I love it and makes me have so much energy and positive mind set each morning I wake to do my workouts. I am 39 weeks and feel so prepared to meet my little person. This is my second child so I have now a much better idea on when and how to push from your channel also how important it is to keep moving even thou this pregnancy has been a lot harder then my first. You're amazing. I'm working out with you for 10 weeks now, currently 32 weeks. I've never thought that i could practise such exercises in pregnancy. I mostly use birth preparation videos and cardio.
