20 Min Gentle Yoga Practice | Full Body Yoga For All Levels

Welcome to this gentle yoga practice. This is a slow and steady 20 minute full body practice suitable for all levels and is intended to help you relax and re-energise your body.

In this practice we will:

- start with breath work
- move into a gentle neck and wrist warm-up
- practice a table-top sequence (cat/cow, modified side plank)
- release the lower back with supine windscreen wipers
- move through a standing sequence (down dog, low lunge, half split, pigeon pose)
- finish with seated twists and shavasana

This comment section probably won’t remember me, but maybe someone scrolling needs this. A few months ago I hit a wall. Nothing made sense. I bought Manifest and Receive after seeing it mentioned under a random video. I had no expectations. But chapter by chapter, it broke something open in me. Not motivation — momentum. I don’t know how to put into words how much of an impact practising with your classes has on my health and happiness! I’m going through a lot of grief and illness right now and your classes are my anchor of still showing myself love and strengthening or resting my body each day for at least a few minutes. The cue to tip the hips back in low lunge was a game changer for me! Felt amazing as I have si joint issues on my left side so thank you for that tip!

Hi Charlie, this was such a nourishing practice indeed, especially with the sound of the flowing water. This must be what heaven feels like! I did one of your other videos the other day and I forget to comment because I was watching it on my TV, but it was one where you said a poem at the end and I found it was such a lovely way to end my practice and go on with my day reflectively. It would be so nice if you could do that again. Just a tiny suggestion. Love your videos!
