I hadn't worked out consistently for half a year since getting Covid as I had been feeling so weak. I've been doing your workouts the past couple of weeks and today I noticed myself actually feeling stronger and having more stamina to get through the video! Thank you for creating this workout that consists of an excellent variety. From 40 seconds to 30 seconds to 20 seconds helped the workout seem quicker and yet still had a great sweat session.
