i was planning to do 3 different exercises today but i got stuck with this one because i didn’t expect it to be such a killer! i did it for almost an hour because i feel like i’m going to pass out! 😭🤣 in return, i burned almost 500 kcal! just wow. this is the perfect exercise to jumpstart my week. i’ll look forward to the day where i won’t have to take a lot of rests in between. after all, it’s all about progress, not perfection. thank you so much for this!! 🥰💗
