This yoga class is an all-levels relaxing slow flow designed to help you chill out at the end of the day. We'll move through a 30-minute full body practice, opening up the hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. Ending with a 5-minute guided mindful breathing meditation, you'll be left feeling completely calm and grounded.

This was probably the best bedtime yoga class I have ever had the pleasure to practice. I loved that you provided stretches for the entire body, including the toes and the neck. The guided meditation at the end had me feeling so deeply relaxed and anchored in the present moment. I will definitely be coming back to this practice in the future, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is feeling too keyed up to fall asleep.

This is my favourite session so far i do it almost every day, sometimes in the morning. This is the most calming “speed” for me, and release the tension every part of my body and spirit. Perfect👌🏻

Felt so out of place today - low in energy and felt like a migraine was coming. Went for a walk and did this after. Continued to breathe and meditate even after the session was over. Feeling much better now. Thank you for this ❤️
