I really enjoyed this, it's a bit like yoga. I can feel the difference. Can you do some that stretches upper body so we get a full body stretch?

Really good to have a new warm up to "bolt on" to the 20 minute HIIT sessions. I'd like more of these. 👍🏼😎

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We still strive for a healthy body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. And we feel better than ever! We are doing research for our new tiny YouTube channel and learned a lot here. Thank you and keep it going!

Thanks Joe, just completed this - felt a little like the yoga stretches I do. I often neglect doing a warm up - or just literally do a few seconds stretch - even though I know I should do a proper one. Am now off to do the 20 min full body workout. Thank you for all your PE sessions. Myself and 3 old friends all did them together from are various locations around the UK. Am missing the sessions and the texting which used to start about 8.30 checking all were out of bed and Joe ready! Best wishes to you.

Thank you so much for this, Joe. I have been suffering with an undiagnosed, mystery hip/thigh pain for 10 months.

I have been waiting for an MRI scan, and no NHS or private service seems to be able to identify and diagnose the problem, which has been very frustrating. I bought myself crutches and the pain affected my love for running, exercise, travelling and socialising for about 6 months which as you can imagine was very tough for me.

I am going to incorporate these movements and see whether my pain gets better. While I am back doing your workouts, at the gym, and running short distances now, I still get pain now and again. I will let you know my progress!

Please can you do an abs for scoliosis workout please?
I have scoliosis and since starting PE with Joe and your 7/9 minute abs me spine has improved alot!

Great stretches really need more hip stability for running. I really can’t do the frog pose! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Great 10 minute mobility, doing HIIT session and all the other high intensity workouts really get your muscle quite tight. This is great to improve the mobility that I seem to have lost over the years. Would love some more of these! Thanks Joe

Anything similar for sore knees? I have had to stop workouts for five days as pain in both knees 😢

just done this...realized how tight my muscles are! it help releive my chronic back pain so lets hope my workout now will be pain free today
