Hey Team! We love a good staple, don't we? 😎 So a new hip mobility routine was a must for our challenge! Hope you enjoy it 🤸🏼‍♀👋🏼.

I'm in my 70s and about as graceful as a slug but I've done the hip mobility routine three days in a row. I feel so much better walking...posture has improved as well. Thank you.

Your videos are so exactly what I need. I love the format, the audio, the lack of over-explaining, the exercises you choose. Julia, you rock.

On a mission to getting into my splits and my hips are the issue… I’ve been doing static stretches for over a year and no progress, however with this dynamic movement video, I feel a major difference and even went lower to the floor with my stretches …. THANK YOUUU !!!!

4:40 the moment I finally found the biggest bottleneck in my (core) mobility. I just couldn't do it, until I switched to the other side and noticed how easy this side was. Thanks A LOT for helping me find it.

Your hip mobility routines are excellent! I work a desk job and your routines have helped alleviate stiffness and lower backaches. I am so grateful! Thank you Julia!

Great one! I love those short, not so complex mobility routines. The short durance allows me to mix them to adress all my current problems.

#1-#6 DONE! (with modifiers) LOL. Almost passed it up today (Lazy Saturday) but cranked it out at 930PM. Yes, Kinesiology is also part of the O.T. curriculum. Props on your Thesis!

I cannot believe that your exercises instantly made my hip joints way smoother. I chronically had tight left hip, tight lower back and locked hips in general. These exercises instantly made it pain free and way more flexible! Thank you!

absolutely love this one, i've revisited it multiple times . my hips need a lot of love 😭 something i love that i've noticed with some of your videos that have different progressions is that you're not always doing the hardest progression just because you can . sometimes the harder progression is shown in the smaller video, with the main video being you doing the less intense one . i love how it makes it clear that you personally do whatever progression feels best in the moment . love your stuff, keep it up !
