I completed the 3 Capes Track in May and concentrated on my lower body exercises for pre training. The upper body exercises are so important too. I will definitely be doing these before my next walk.

Hi fellers I find this videos very interesting. The hiking ones look particularly good. My biggest issues it stepping down from steps. I am ok using my right leg but find it hard for my left leg. I feel there is a weakness with my knee. Is there a prticuar exercise to strengthen it.
