Thank you so much, Natalie, for this wonderful & effective routine. I know how stressful & energy consuming it can be to be talking while working out & how it's the most effective (either it or voice over). Timers are usually too fast & one hardly feels the impact of the exercises, most people don't seem to realise that & with you talking & instructing us, we get to know how to take appropriate formation & when to inhale and exhale which is very vital, for any routine to be effective.
