We are targetting that pelvic floor as well. Pelvic floor health is so so important and not talked about enough. These are some of my favourite and super effective exercises to recruit and engage the lower belly deep core muscles and get you the strongest core ever!!!
This workout is for you if you want flat belly, get rid of lower belly pooch and also have control over your pelvic floor!!
Do this workout regularly and consistently to get the best results! YOU GOT THIS. Don't give up. Practice makes perfect. It is all about mind muscle connection, intention, focus and control.
