Bullshit! To melt belly fat you have to do a super aggressive calorie deficit and a lot of cardio + keto/glutamine if you have no money to pay abdominoplasty after 2 c-sections. The doctors said me this. I have insulin-resistance + I had 4 pregnancies + 2 c-sections. I am 39. These exercises are very good to strengthen the core muscles, which is good for posture and can help the diastasis recti I had. I am saving money to do the lipofilling in Serbia when my daughter is older. I have stuck metabolism due to insulin-resistance. I lost 13 kgs but still stubborn love handles and lower belly fat not leaving. I count every single calorie I ingest, I have to take medications and supplements. Some of these can be very dangerous.
