I haven't worked out in a very long time, I've been telling myself I would just start small with ab exercises only when I saw your video on my phone today. I thought alright today is the day and I'm so happy I tried this! Definitely burned my abs but it was still doable for me! I love the variation on dead bugs! Normally dead bugs hurt my lower back, I always hear a pop every time my leg gets low but these were much better for me! When need to I just don't let my leg fall as low to the ground. Agree with the comment on the music but the burn afterwards is 😩
Natalie - any chance you can remind us on how to breathe *during* the different exercises. I find that extremely helpful 🤞🏾🙏🏾
