I start follow this channel because of worry of my health...because of the covid19 lockdown...i gain almost 10 kg.. now my weight is 70kg.. my period also became unstable

Happy Hump Day! Thank you for this challenge, Day 10 Completed ✔❤❤🍂🌺🌺!! Thank you for the daily workouts and the challenges as well. I'm always doing these challenges which gives me more consistency, and accountable for doing it even though there's times you can't or don't want to. Just give yourself a break and stay motivated and active as much as you can. Remember that eating healthy always plays a part throughout these workouts. My results are as follow the total calories just for this 10 days challenge was 2430 cal. Side fat 10in to 8 inches, inner thigh fat 12 in to 10 in. The total amount of minutes in this weeks challenge is 279 which is about 4hrs and 65 minutes. I definitely had fun and have gotten so much motivated now I definitely need a rest for this upcoming challenge lol 😅😅🔥🔥🔥🤎!! Have a blessed rest of the week and see you tomorrow.
