Join in for a 12 min STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

I'm 60 years old, lost 37 lbs. to return to a healthy weight, and am now focused on building strength and muscle. This is a fabulous workout for me. I'm currently alternating between 2 lb. and 3 lb. weights, so lots of building to do. Love your emphasis on good form and the fun combo of exercises. Absolutely love this video - thank you, Mik! I have lost 60 pounds by walking 3 miles every day, 150 squats, 50 crunches, and now this video. I use 5 lb weights, but want to go up to 8.

I don't have 10lb dumbbells so I started with my 5s but I felt it! You have such great form/visuals to follow and your reminders about core, soft knees, and posture are great! Really good work out and I'll come back to this video again.
