This quick workout will get your arms burning in only 12 minutes.

Get yourself ready with 2 varying weights (we used an 8lb and 20lb dumbbell) and get ready to level up your strength!

This workout has short rest periods and mazimizes on all the muscles of the upper body. Make sure to watch for our form and correct yourself when needed. Keep your core braced, and dont forget to breathe. Watch closely for how both Kirra and I breath throughout the exercises.

Wow! That was Fantastic! I think I could even do a longer one now! I'm happy I found you! Being 49 now and putting myself last had taken a toll on me... but since late October diet and exercise, light weight training... over 65lbs down and almost half my size in clothing now! Inches inches! Living, and Loving Life!! Thank you!! 🤗

I have been working out with Jo for months but just started dumbbell workouts. That last move where your twist your dumbbell was such a killer for me for a couple of weeks… I couldn’t get through the move without stopping… today I did it !!! Lost 35lbs with Jo, hoping this will help me get stronger now!!

So! I've been doing Jo's workouts for 3 weeks already (technically I missed a couple of days on the second week) - BUT!!! I have seen a difference! along with cutting down my calorie intake, I have noticed my stomach go down fast! especially because I use to bloat so badly, but now I can flex my stomach, reach my back more easily, walk faster, and feel more alive than ever! I noticed my arms suddenly shrink and see those muscles once again. My butt has lifted up - like going to surgery, now waiting for my fingers to shrink a bit so I can wear my engagement ring more comfortably.

I do 2 of Jo's workouts a day the moment I get home, especially the ones with the dumbbells which I use 2 kilos for each arm (effective! I tell ya!). For 10 years I tried to find the workouts I actually enjoy and get through without complaining....I finally found it...and I owe it Jo... Thank you xxx

I have lost over 120 lbs but have gained about 30 lbs since getting accepted into nursing school last year, I enjoy your tips I can easily fit your workouts into my busy schedule, you give me hope that I don't have to sacrifice my health to keep it all together at this very stressful time, us nursing students can use all the help that we can get. I never in my life could do the inchworm exercise that was in the beginning of this video. I have been working out with you since the middle of May, and I am so happy that I could do that work out today. It wasn’t easy, but I didn’t just tell myself that I wasn’t doing it. I attempted, and succeeded. You are rockstars!

I have really enjoyed doing all your workouts in the last few months. It's been really hard to find any workout video, that doesn't focus so much on the calories burned or weight loss. I've been in recovery from eating disorders for the last 5 years and it's been such a relief finding this channel and actually enjoy working out again, without being triggered. I feel so good afterwards and I'm smiling the whole time and I'm loving it. Keep doing what your doing, because it really does touch people that are struggling. Thank you!!!

The 12 mins series is so great and it's the perfect timing. It's so hot here in europe and most of us over here don't have ac. So working out can be quite challenging tbh but these short vids are perfect in these conditons. So I do one or two of them each day and go for short walks to get my steps in.

Can’t even begin to tell you how much I’ve recommended you to people! I’ve had babies, aged, dieted, exercised and lost and gained weight with the best of them. So far…100 lbs down. I have to give God the credit though. He knew I needed to be what I was at every stage I was. I love you devotion and your pure happiness to just helping US!!

I did a dance workout then this arm workout!! I love these! I am 5 9, 185 lbs, and female. I lost 112 calories simply using dumbbells! I love these dumbbell workouts! Please make more 😁

Hi I heard from someone about you and I really needed this content I recently started your workouts and I admit I'm so out of shape and usually I give up but this is so easy and gives me the confidence to do it.

Tried this tonight. Since doing your weight workouts I’ve actually started to build muscle definition in my arms. My legs have even gotten more definition. Thank you for everything.

What a great workout. Wanted to do some upper body today to complement a 15 min Jo cardio and this was perfect. Keeping consistent this summer with 30 mins of movements and a 1 mile walk outdoors.

this like my 3rd time working out in a 3 mo period 😩 tryna get back into it! And yay I did it tn! To ease in I did this and the recovery walk and I honestly feel amazing, super energized best I felt in a while. Whenever I get out of habit of working out you’re the only thing that will get me back in routine no matter how long offf. ❤❤❤ I’ve hit a 6 mo workout streak before, only thanks to you. I hope I can keep keep going past thattt ❤️
