I was like I have 12 minutes I can do this. Then I got a ASAP work e-mail lol. I am doing it at 11am. Thank you for making short workouts, standing only, no jumping… Seriously you have covered all the bases. Shorts, dances, beginner, with weights, etc. You are the best. 🙌🏻🎉

Thank you for doing the movements slowly! I used to follow HIIT videos on Youtube where they try to do as many reps as possible due to the time limits but I injured my knees because of that. My physiotherapist told me I overexerted my knees because of the repetitive movements. Doing the movements slowly (mind-muscle connection) makes a huge difference!

Just found this and gave it a try. I’m 61 former fitness coach many years ago. Have battled digestive problems for over two years. One holistic nutrition course, 2 years of working closely with a holistic doctor to rebalance my gut and I’m back! Thought this would be way harder for me just getting back to fitness but I found it easy to follow with just the right amount challenge for even a newbie. Thanks for creating this site. I’ll be looking for daily fitness videos here. Keep them coming. Would love more arms, posture strengthening exercises along with inner thighs and strength training and of course abs core buttocks! Oh heck bottom strength training too, lol

I really like that 12 minute Stan abs and arms it really works out going that slow or I can feel it in my arms and my abs I really enjoyed it thanks for making this 12 minute YouTube exercise video keep making them that is pretty good from Terry

I love the quick timing but still feel like I got an amazing work out, running late in the morning but had time to fit this in quick. I also love all the different work outs- doesn’t get boring!

I don't have my weights with me so I used 2 water bottles and 1 liter soda bottle and let me tell you my arms and abs are still burning! I usually don't repeat workout videos but this was such a good session that I'll definitely be trying with real dumbells again. Thank you!
