Join me for a 15 minute STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I'll be using 8 lb weights, but choose the weight that best suits your strength level. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and let's get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

I am nearly 60 with arthritis, but I’m determined to do your workouts, I love that you don’t keep repeating the same excerises all the time, I do use modification for abs, but have seen a real difference to my arms and abs, will carry on using your workouts, and you smile which is so encouraging 😀

I’m 72, I started lifting light weights at 26 w Arnold Schwarzneggers women’s weight lifting book which was wonderful, you’ve taken the exercises to a different level. I love it. I particularly like your 10 and 15 minute workouts, I don’t get bored and get a good workout.

Never thought I'd say this but I think I need heavier weights. I did your barre arm workouts 5 days a week for at least 4 months and my arms and shoulders got so slim and strong. THANK U! 🙏🏻💕

I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and have learned that I need to go heavier than 5 pounds. Using 8 pounds was a challenge, but with your videos, I am more intentional instead of just slinging the weights around! Thanks!

I had severe upper back and neck pain mainly from hours of sitting at the desk for work. By the end of the day they were so sore that I bought a back massager. Then I started doing your arm exercises (for my flabby arms). What a surprise! My back and neck pain are gone!! I guess these movements also work on your shoulder and upper back. The exercises are short, interesting and very effective. I rotate between all your arm exercise videos. Thank you so much. I hardly use the massager these days.

Age 45, first time in my life I've worked out. Started a nice easy beginner routine with ddp yoga combined with a hasfit beginner program. Was feeling pretty good after todays stuff so I decided to look for an easy arm workout. Sculpt my guns, Ron Burgandy style. So I ran across this and just wow. Fun easy moves, standing only, decent soundtrack playing, this was just what I was looking for. Going to go through these other workouts and see what else might be here for me. Ya know.. I think of the years I missed out on so many things by being out of shape.. and I want to cry for those years that I wasn't at my full.. or really any level of.. potential. But I'm doing it now. It's never too late to start that transition. Even after only 3 weeks, I feel better, and some people at work have noticed some weight loss. I'm stronger and have more energy, Still not quite at the level where I can do proper squats or even a real pushup. But I'm going to get there. I guess its my long winded ass way of saying thanks for doing this for people. It makes a difference. You, are making a difference.

Just started this 15 minutes after doing 10 minute arm workout for 3 weeks. Feels great! I'm 67 and retired. This gives me a reason to get up and out to the gym.

I'm 62 years old and really enjoy this workout. Just the right amount of time and challenging as well. I combine it with a pilates resistant ring floor workout and I'm good to go! I actually look forward to my workouts. Time for myself!

Love that your arm videos include a heavier (not a barre) weight. Great middle point to grab a 10 or a 5 as needed. So glad I found your channel!
