Wellll… whether you have spaghetti or wobbly arms: Don't worry, any kinds of arms are beautiful :)
But having toned and strong arms (that can hold some shopping bags) coming out of your tank top is also fire! Don’t underestimate the power of a nice upper body :) it’s visually nice and good for your health!

▸ floor only, no standing up
▸ helps for: a straight posture, wobbly arms & back pain
▸ muscles trained: Shoulders, Triceps, Back, Chest, Core

I've been going to the gym for one year but this 10 min workout turned my arms into jelly!
