25 Min Evening Yoga | Full Body Stretch - Sweet Dreams Bedtime Flow

Relax and release stress from your day with this calming bedtime yoga practice. This is a beginner friendly practice that includes seated and reclining poses with a focus on calm breaths to help soothe an active mind.

The class begins reclined with a hip flexor and hamstring stretch, followed by a lateral side body stretch. Open up the hips with seated butterfly pose. Enjoy a gentle self massage to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
The stretches continue with melting heart, sphinx, neck rolls, bridge and supine twist. Enjoy a guided savasana to lull you deeper into relaxation.

This class includes music.

This class is a perfect buffer between a busy day and a good night sleep. Usually at this time I am too tired to meditate and feel reluctant to do a yoga with substantial physical activity. The 25 minutes of this class passed without me noticing. Thank you for making this video available on YouTube.

Hi Jessica, I've been practicing your yoga classes for over 18 months now and truly love every bit of it. Today I've had one of the best experiences doing this session and I just wanted to express my gratitude to you for that. I haven't been able to sleep well because of anxiety issues for the past 3 days. I was not practising yoga diligently but today just felt like relaxing at 2 in the midnight thus came here. This session has all the comfort, love and care I needed. It has filled my heart with all the warmth and I thank you for that.
