Use this 25-Minute full body yoga sequence to deeply stretch your shoulders, hips, quads and hamstrings to help relieve sore muscles and increase flexibility. This will be a slower paced class where we hold the poses for multiple breaths. Listen to your body to find your edge and use your breath to ease into any areas of tension or tightness. All levels welcome and no props needed!

I hav googled through most of the stretch routine that I could possibly find, bt believe me nvr hav I ever come across a better stretch routine than yours.I jst love your stretches!..❤ I would so glad if you increase your stretch routine to 1 hr..looking forward to it.

I loved the pacing on this one, lots of time to breathe in postures and get into the stretch, I wish more videos were like this.
