Your channel is incredibly underrated. So much knowledge yet so little views. You're a gem, Matt!

Wenning planks are no joke! They get me locked in and ready squat!

You always hit the nail on the head. Can't hammer home any of these points enough. Great info as usual 👌

Love all of these movements. I’m a big of fan of using the Wenning Planks as one of the movements for my Wenning Warmup on lower days. I get great activation and feel like everything turns on and is ready to go for the movement. We say it all the time but make sure you’re smashing that posterior chain if you want a massive squat!!

Love the videos for demonstrations on the exercises. Try to get some form of these in every workout whether it is in the warmup or for accessories

When I incorporated these when my squat went down 30lbs for a couple months and all of these got me out of that deficit. Having long femurs doesn’t put my chest in a favorable position but (along with getting out of a deficit) I was able to use my posterior way more than ever, playing 8 years if football fucked my knees but now my knees have never been more healthy than now. I really appreciate all the free content and hope I’ll been on patreon before the end of the year!

Another gem of a video. This will go straight into my programming. Are you doing a Patreon video on rep/set ranges?

Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

Matt where is the foot pressure when doing the 45 degree back extension?

Great exercises!! Just used the wenning belt squat last Saturday for my squat day. That is one smooth machine. Built like a tank!

Have to say again, great video. I got pump in my abs after first set of Wenning planks today before my speed squats. :)

I've been doing most of these for a while now and the benefits are noticeable! I'm going to give the Wenning Plank a try, seems like it's going to be a good challenge. Thanks for the vid Matt!

The Belt Squat is a must in every gym!

I will say I was fortunate to be able to use the wenning strength belt squat machine at mark bell’s Supertraining gym and it was amazing. Did the wenning warm up and yes that machine will burn up the quads. Great stuff!

I'm not a powerlifter but in my opinion the reverse hack squat is a very good squat builder.
The reverse hack squat enables to achieve the same angles and torque as a regular high bar squat but with a guided bar path.
Johnny Candito already made a video about it.

Awesome stuff

My gym doesn’t have a ghr, so I default to nordics (can’t do a full one of course but I get good reps in). I went to another gym recently and right there — a GHR.. no one using it at all.. I could do solid reps full rom and had one of the best hamstring workouts I’ve had.

I been focusing on glute activation and external rotation as usually my lower back hurts often due to flatter feet and pronation, however lately I feel no pain in the lower back and all in the upper thoracic part. Feels like I’m constantly in a Zercher throughout the day.

So one issue to the next lol I think I will see a PT soon.

PS my hamstring to quad ratio was .70 on the dot. Cool stuff
