This is my first day of this excersise I eat a lot of rice and after that I am doing this will I reduce . I actually love to eat rice will I reduce if I eat rice and continue excersise

I did this routine only once this day and IM FEELING AMAZING😍. i ve been doin some of your workouts-routines and i can really see the calories and fat going away☺ Your routines-workouts are a bit hard buut yeet fun.
