I've been using the game Just Dance as my daily exercise for the past year after gaining a lot of covid weight and man its such a good work out. I play it for almost 2 hours a day (1 hour of total time actually dancing, it has a mode where it tracks your time in every song, but with resting in between songs it takes me nearly 2 hours.) I've lost 75+ pounds and I never get bored as I have JD Unlimited that has songs from all the JD games (700+ songs). I've been focusing now that I'm in better shape on dancing all the crazy tiring and extreme songs and I'm drenched after every work. You really have to find the exercise that you enjoy doing, like for me I'm having fun dancing that it doesn't feel like a work out.

For my workout I’ve been running on the treadmill since last year. During Covid I gain a lot of pounds and never had the motivation for working out. Last year I weighed 216 pounds and I was disappointed in myself. During the summer of 2021 I decided to eat healthy and exercise more and that made me lose 40 ponds, so now I’m 173 pounds and I’m so grateful for changing myself. Anybody can lose weight as long as they are committed.

Error. You say in the video that jumping ropes burns 671 kcal/h, but the grafic says 839 kcal/h. And kickboxing doesnt have a info box. Assuming these two got mixed up. You are welcome.

My favorite are competitive swimming, surfing, kickboxing and soccer. But that HIIT circuit training is my go to workout besides swimming.

Best advice ever, although I'm not allowed in the zoo anymore and the cops put me on a registrar for the whole baby thing (got 10 miles on not much training though can't argue with results) and the whole scorpion thing didn't really work out they just played amongst themselves, so I got some very angry dogs to motivate me while I done some calisthenics on bars. Thanks Infographics show you changed my life I've never been so fit in my life, when I get out of hospital I'll definitely resume my training. (side note one angry dog would have sufficed I think three was too much, I think that's where I went wrong)

Recommendation for the info graphic tip with the cycling. Just use deflated or completely flat tires. It makes even cycling around the block feel like a marathon. You’re welcome.

Thanks inforgraphics show these tips really helped me out for my date. Using the multiple scorpion stings, police chasing after me, missing limbs, and coughing up water every 2-3 minutes was an excellent ice breaker. And ever since I learned the tip on stealing babies and dogs I've been getting chased by tons of beautiful women. I can't thank you guys enough.

Important to remember the body adapts to exercise and you should switch up your exercise after a while to avoid plateaus. if you have to run 2 hours a day to get the same weight loss as you used to from 10 minutes a day, then it's definitely time to switch it up
