Burpees are just... Insane, every morning after waking up is the first thing I'm doing with the handstand and it is "the laziness killer"! Keep the great work Chris and crew!

He's been doing that burpees for a long time, so he has perfection in it... So guys don't get sad if u can't do that perfectly on ur first attempt... Trust ur body, don't push more than your body can sustain!

guys if u think this is difficult, trust me it isn't. when i started watching i was the laziest person and i could not even exercise because i was so lazy. now i am in the best shape of my life and am proud to have someone like chris as my role model. all u need is motivation and then u will see how to start to enjoy working out. this guy is something else. Huge respect for you Chris.

Your content is legit Chris! I've been doing your cardio/burn calories/lose fat workouts for a while and they are all different from one to another, you are very versatile and never repeat any workout making every routine interesting!
