These are just the pool exercises that I needed! Exercising in the pool is simply amazing! The weightlessness and feeling of no pain is healing in itself!
I love it much better than the hard floor! Thank you so much for these routines! 🏊‍♀️

Oh thank you so much for sharing this video!!! I have neuropothy everywhere but especially in my lower body on top of sciatica. I've just started going to a gym to build my core and lose weight! They have a pool but I've found I can't swim bc my core is so weak and I've been looking for things I can do in the pool to help build my core and lean up and I just stumbled upon this!! Can't wait til I get back to the gym to incorporate this into my regimine!!

I recently found your channel, and I love it! I am only doing the pool exercises right now because the water is warm enough to be in it. I turn 70 in 2 months which is scary. However if I don’t try I won’t know what I am capable of. Just bought a frisbee for your other workout. We will see how it goes.

Hi, I'm recovering from a knee replacement and my Physio said it better do do excercisises in water. I will definitely try as strengthing my leg muscles is so important for a good recovery. Thank you for sharing ❤️

Love the more intense workout. AND, I can double the reps for endurance. 69.75 yrs strong and fit! Hoping to get my WA Cert by next year. Keep up the great videos❤

I’m almost 60 and enjoy working out in a pool- I usually do about 1 hr 3-5 days a week- I never feel like I’m exercising- run laps from one end of the pool to the other and no joint pain- Sadly, this is our last year with the pool- I’m having a hard time finding a gym that will let you do your own workout- I either have to use the lap pool or sign up for one of their scheduled aerobic water classes-

I sometimes lose traction moving across the pool. I’ve tried numerous aqua shoes but none are better than bare feet. Is this your experience or are you able to recommend as by shoe brands that have better traction than bare feet please? In Europe all pools are chlorinated. Thank you- the routines are excellent

Great video definitely will be adding some of those moves to my work out. Do you use a fitness tracker in the water? I would like to keep track of my steps. Do you have any suggestions on the fitness tracker? That would be best
