When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.

Note to self:
50s each exercise
Open leg raises (instead of 2nd around the worlds)
SL tuck ins (instead of 2nd bicycles)
One sided bicycle (instead of one sided deadbugs)
