This one was way more intense than expected 😄 highly recommend you choose the easiest version the first time you do this routine. Especially, on V-Ups and Hollow Body. If you see my upper back during the hollow body on round 2-3 you’ll see I can’t even flex it. Better to stick to a variation you can control and build overtime! For side planks, and planks most of you will be good with level 2-3 tho. Enjoy the burn 🔥😉

I used to be a "squats and deadlifts will train your core bro" gym rat who never did ab training, after 10 years I can't do 5 supine straight leg lifts without tensing my whole body, thanks for reminding me that abs are also a muscle group and they need their love too.

What a tremendous routine! You’ve managed to show you’re human like the rest of us while still killing it!

For those who may not be aware of just how insane Gabo’s condition is, we all know the routines are nuts but it’s a different animal entirely to talk throughout such a routine!!!
I used to train Muay Thai/kickboxing and we would often finish training with 500 crunches/ab work. One day I had to cover class at the end and I practiced along…that shit is different!!
And to not sound like you’re having a heart attack easily doubles the intensity!

I finally did it, the 3 rounds on the easy form, the role 45 sec in every round. Time to pass to the mid variation. I know its not much, but i feel so good. Thanks so much for this workout!!! I’m loving it

I have been performing your other 15 minute ab workout once a week every Sunday for the last few months (with some additional core work throughout the week but Sunday being the "main" core workout, I have to have a strong core for my compounds) and i feel a noticeable difference in my ability to stabilize weights while squatting for example and overall I feel strong and stable plus my core looks really good. Now I have another core workout to perform, already excited and thanks gabo for your work

I am 13 years old and I did the hardest variation for the 3 rounds🤩
I'm really proud of myself, and now (with the help of your videos) I learn the handstand which I can hold for 1 min 8 sec and I learnt the handstand pushup and I can do 10 of them without rest.
I'd love it, if you could do a video of 1 arm handstand, thats a thing I am currently practicing.

I started doing this after my push and pull workouts, its my second day its a bit hard because i usually did this workout once per week but now at the end of my workouts but I'm sure I will see some gains, thanks Gabo

I now can see why its hard, 45 seconds of leg lifts properly done is not a joke, have to try this seems good to build more endurance in the core

Starting my workout journey today. Never exercised before.
I am going to do Carolina girvans iron series without any dumbbells every morning and the easiest variation of this, but believe me it still took my breath away 😮hah!
