Fact is that every second you burn calories whether run, walk, sit, sleep, or gym only difference is the rate at which calorie gets burned...
1hr of running will burn almost 1000 cal
1hr of Gym will burn almonst 500 Cal
1hr of walk will burn almost 300 cal
1hr of Sitting/Sleep will burn 50-70 cal
Main thing is diet 1 chapati is almost 70 calories....so just do the mathematics what exerecise you need to do with your current diet...

My routine
4 km running in 15 minutes at 4:30 am
1 hour gym (weight training )
Going home while walking (4km)

Both are equally important. If you don’t train endurance then you will miss those benefits. So to me balanced training is important..

Ha bhai ekdum true hai me 3 years phle tak running krta tha or diet bhi bhot heavy thi (present ke muqable 3×times).
Or ab gym me weight training krta hu or diet abhi kam hai phle se but I feel energetic but abhi belly fat hai thoda phle se jyada.
