I've loved this flow✨ I felt so powerful aaaand THIS WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME I WAS ABLE TO DO THE CROW POSE !!!! I AM SO PROUD AND HAPPY. The tip of watching forward while doing the pose helped me so much. Thank you for this day 5. I was not able to do the crow pose though, coz i can’t carry my body... But after lying down, i had a good 10minute nap - feels good and refreshing. Thank you, Boho Beautiful. God bless you, your family and your content always.

I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and am now mom of a toddler and never could nail that crow pose! On my day 5 of this practice and after having been out of regular yoga for almost 2 years I was able to lift my both feet in crow, if only for a second but still I did it! 😅 In that moment before lifting my feet I finally took all my courage and fully believed in myself and I finally could do it. I probably just wasn't readyenough before😌 Namaste!🙏

excelent class, but I am so begginer, in a moment I only watched you how you enjoyed doing the asanas, but someday i will do the same, i think my body is more lighter, thouhg, Namaste! love for you guys.

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode.. I started with stretches from strength side and it has definitely helped as I have begun on the yoga journey.. Super interesting and the crow pose really got me amazed at what our bodies can achieve when we take time to nurture it.. Best gift one can give himself. Thank you for sharing your world with us.
