I've woke up in the middles of the night accidentally doing this very motion (idk why or how) but it popped my lower back in the most intense amazing way possible gave relief for a whole week! I was amazed. Tried to do it again consciously and got nothing 😂

Always like watching your Clips doctorow I see a chiropractor regularly and these exercises help me to help the correction that's going on in my spine I've been going to a chiropractor since I was 12 I'm almost 63xl down I had the worst fiery stinging pain with things really got pinched and I waited too long to go see the chiropractor but when I felt that kind of pain that is when I said I need the chiropractor Chiropractic is good for health❤ just to note for everyone if you do these exercises you need to be seeing a chiropractor because you don't want to hurt yourself making things Tighter and putting your spine in the wrong direction if you're not getting it corrected thank you and be safe

Hello there Doc, thanks for the effort to give us advices on nearly everything. I do surprisingly have an umbilical hernia for the past 4-5 years, it’s not that big but still, I restrain myself from doing core exercises…how can I know the extent to which I can do these core exercises? I’ve been taking it easy and keeping my belly button sıpported when I cough, sneeze and I take care of my diet to not have a constipation 😂 too.

Thank you so much for the exercises for lower back pain! I have constant pain and was hurting so bad. I figured I would give it a try and it actually gave me relief!!! I have a really bad nerve pain on the inside of my right leg every night causing me to get very little sleep. I take a high dose of Gabapentin which is not helping. If you have any suggestions for that, I would love to hear it!!! Thank you soooo

I was going through back pain while attempting to sleep during the night. I really like to rest on my side and this was throwing my hips out of place. I never encountered this kind of circumstance again after I found out about this back pains plan Oliver two seven Blue. Will not waking up many times during the night time with back pain.
