Bro this guy is an actual life saver. I have a state level athletics meet tomorrow and i literally couldnt take a dump for 48 straight hours. You guys dont realise how much not pooping and having a bad bowel movement could affect your physical performance esp with sports. I tried everything, like changing diets, taking meds ect. Nothing seemed to work. I tried fermented drinks, detox juice and literally everything. My mom asked me to workout and this was the first video that popped up. That knees to chest hold was the real chad here. W man, w video. Thanks my guy, hoping to belt that gold medal tmw. Such a lifesaver. I hope everyone and anyone constipated finds this awesome video.

Relieve Constipation Exercises

1. Sip on Warm Water
2. Brisk Walk or jog (30 secs)
3. Standing twist (20 times)
4. Hip Circles (10 times each direction)
5. Toe Touch and Reach (10 times)
6. Knees to Chest (Hold 30 secs)
7. Deep breathing

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH. I was in so much pain for like an hour trying to poop. This video helped ASAP. I did the breathing exercise while on the toilet. I want to cry i’m so happy. ☺️☺️

I noticed the more I work out, the more my bowels move. That helped me to stay away from the nasty laxatives.

I have been having bad problems going to the restroom, i have anxiety too, so it gets worse, but i know that one day, everything will be back to normal, im changing my diet, i was eating really bad and because of school i was not moving a lot but now im moving more, even every 5 minutes as long as i move ❤ i hope everyone gets better too ❤❤
