When I was overweight, I always wanted to lose weight, but then I thought about it, and I came to the same exact conclusion. I had the ability to build more muscle than someone lighter than me because compared to them, i was wearing a 50+ pound weight vest. I started doing calisthenics, and I both felt and saw my chest and arms grow a crazy amount in the first year.

This is something I have noticed. Ten years ago, I was like 1m89 and 65 kilos. Now I am a little bit taller, 1m93, but things happened in my life (break up with a girlfriend, big sad, alcohol, food, meds) and here I am, at 29, weighing 125 kilos (The highest I have been was 140, in june 2022). I have lost 15 kilos this summer, and I have been feeling far better. I have noticed my legs are far stronger than before, and this small weight loss made me realize I could be even stronger. Same goes for the arms. The few push up I have made helped me I guess. If I can use the worst thing that happened to me to change myself and to learn again how to look at myself in a mirror, then let's go 👑👑👑
