8 % is a bit extreme, go for like 10-11 instead and it won't fuck up your day to day as much.

Greg is the type of guy to drink 8% milk to get shredded!

Thanks Greg, but bulking first is a must for me because I’m 135lbs. Currently focusing on gaining strength and adding calories

Henry cavil was at least 14 percent in that gif at the beginning.

For most, it’ll be better and more sustainable to just stay and 13-10 % .

Most people can't even get to 8% and sustaining 8% sucks.

I'm aiming for around 12-15%, since my body doesn't allow me to go that low without feeling like garbage. Ever at 12% you'll have a 6pack and be cut up, just not shredded

If I cut down to 8% I look like a bodybuilder from Ethiopia!!;(

If you wanna be hungry all the time then sure. when movie stars get ready to look muscular in a movie they sometimes avoid water for a whole day or two before the shooting it quickly cuts down body fat and they always complain about being or feeling weak so eat and exercise well and maybe add cardio to a resistance training program

Greg the type of guy to do cardio in his dreams to burn extra calories in real life.

Getting below 10% body fat might look good but is not sustainable in the long term

Henry Cavill was closer to 15% in Man Of Steel. This is great info, if you already have good muscle mass. If you haven't built much muscle yet, likely most people watching kinobody videos for information, you will look more like Christian Bale in The Machinist, than Christian Bale in American Psycho.

Not a sustainable way to live at all, unless you don't want to have a life. Keeping it 15-10% is already amazing.

Worst tip ever. 8% IS NOT SUSTAINABLE. And if you're natty or maybe even when juicing you WILL lose muscle

They look better because of lighting and angles and natural good looks. They are not a ridiculous 8% body fat, but closer to 15%. 8% should really NOT be a goal for most people

How long you can be at 8%?it's not healthy and not sustainable for the most of the people, and not even achievable for many... It's a sick standard..

I completely agree 8-10% is the best aesthetically. However they very rarely get down to 8%.. Zac Efron for Baywatch & Hugh Jackman for Wolverine are a few exceptions. But in general they’re usually around 10-15% (Brad Pitt in Fight Club for example) and Henry Cavill, who you featured in this video, is nowhere near 8% 😂
