2024 marks the year im trying out to improve myself through exercise and this makes me hopeful in trying it, ill do this defo and see how much it helps, as well as trying to improve my diet ♥ thank you for this video, i love to see results on people who try these challenges personally

Hey y'all! So, in this video, I tried Chloe Ting's ab workouts to get flat abs in just 2 weeks. It wasn't easy at first, especially because I've been stuck at home and not very active lately. I was kinda bloated and feeling out of shape, you know? The workouts were tough, and the first four days were really challenging. I had to take breaks during exercises, but I kept pushing through.

I also made some changes in my diet, cutting down on unnecessary calories. Instead of having a big breakfast, I opted for a simple smoothie in the morning. I shared more about my meals in the video. Around the 5th day, things started getting better. My body got used to the intensity, and I began to enjoy the workouts. I even looked forward to exercising every morning, which was unusual for me.

I faced a couple of issues, like getting blisters on my feet because I wasn't wearing proper shoes. I'd recommend investing in some good workout shoes. I also had some hip pain, but a tiger balm patch and a day of rest helped.

Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience. I feel stronger and more comfortable now. If you're struggling like I did in the beginning, just know it gets better. Thanks for watching, and I hope this motivates you!

I was way too out of shape to even finish Chloe tings video so I’m taking a week to build up some core strength so it becomes a little easier to do her workouts. I didn’t want to start her videos doing the exercises incomplete and not getting the most of of them or risk hurting myself. You gave me so much motivation and hope though because my stomach looks exactly like yours before. Thank you so much bro
