Thank you again for one of your amazing little videos. They always help me and encourage me. I wanted to ask you do you think free weights or resistance bands are better for working the triceps and biceps. ?? I just wanted your opinion. I do both. But I find myself working with resistance bands more than the weights. I also have one of those Pilates bars that you can sit down or stand up and use with the bands on them.

I see you’re using 2 lb weights, did you get your bicep you’re pointing to using just the 2 lb weights?

Thanks—I tried the workout and liked it though I stood for the lateral raise. Why are these ones done in a seated position?
