The shoulders, chest, back and arms all working along with the core to make this a demanding bodyweight workout indeed!! The entire upper body will be challenged with bodyweight exercises in a superset format!

All you will need for this upper body workout is your mat, a yoga block/thick book and a chair for decline push ups and dips!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of an exercise followed immediately by another exercise for 45 seconds to make each superset! Between each superset is 30 seconds rest! Each superset will be performed for 2 sets in total!

COBRA DIAMOND PUSH UPS

Finisher:

30 seconds each!
6 exercises in total!

Prone lying combinations to target the upper and middle back and rear delts!

I am sure you can tell I absolutely loved this workout! This is me in my element!

Very challenging but we love the challenge!

Caroline has included some important exercise in this workout that should be done by everyone on a weekly basis. Like REAR DELTS RAISES, REVERSE SNOW ANGELS and SCAPULAR PUSH-UPS for the health of your upper back. Also everything in the finisher. Fantastic workout.

What in the world just happened to me?? Arms totally gave out in those diver pushups. And now I'm supposed to DIAMOND pushups?? I'm laughing that's so funny! What's even more funny is that I keep doing these workouts and LOVE them!! 👊🙌💪

Because of Caroline's workouts I've gone from struggling to do half a push up to doing decline pushups, wide push ups etc. I'm so happy!!!

Yesterday was such a brilliant start to this series! I’m sure many of us can feel our quads today! Today’s workout looks great...I’m really looking forward to the mix of upper body and core! Doesn’t the start just look killing....decline push ups and dips together! At least it gets them out of the way! Have fun everyone! Matthew

PS...Hi Caroline...this was so hard and I just loved it! Who needs weights to work upper body? Actually it was just so great to see how hard you can push your upper body with bodyweight only...some really challenging moves here! Lots of great push ups variations which by the end were really difficult! Like you I just so much enjoy this type of workout! God this looks equal parts fun and challenging! I remember trying calisthenics for the first time not too long ago and actually crying afterwards because of how amazing it made me feel. I’m only 22 but I’ve been quite sick for going on 5 years now and on a day to day basis, I never feel strong within my own body. I feel like it always lets me down. YOU make me feel strong Caroline! Upper body day!! Love the bodyweight series Caroline! Really shows that pushing yourself doesn't just mean using heavy weights, and really expresses how strong our bodies are. For me, it's a great indicator of how far I've come, and how much my body helps me. Can't wait to smash this workout and feel epic!!!!
My exams get over today, so I'll work out after...so

This was very demanding for me..my upper body not as strong🙈..I pushed through..had to do some push-ups from knees..did my best and know I will progress..handstands🤸‍♂️in making🤩😊🙌
