We are all in with this no-repeat upper body and abs workout! In under 30 minutes, we are going to tone and strengthen our arms, upper body, and abs. All you need are your dumbbells!

UPPER BODY & ABS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 - 9kg
- EXERCISE MAT

22/12/2023 : Finished at 7.25 AM. I sweat a lot, feeling energized, and my entire body 100% woke up. A little bit cool down after this workout and I'm ready to take a shower to begin my day💪🏻

23/12/2023 : Finished at 10.41 AM. My arms still hurt from yesterday's exercise, but it doesn't stop me from doing it again😆 I was crying before (life is so mean), but after do this workout again I re-gained my energy back💪🏻

24/12/2023 : Finished at 10.38 AM. Feeling myself getting stronger everyday, but I must admit that the plank part is still a bit hard. The good news is, my arms are okay now and doesn't hurt anymore like from the first exercise💪🏻

25-26 Dec 2023 : Day off😆

27-29 Dec 2023 : I forgot to update due to period cramps. On these 3 days I did this workout 2 times.

30/12/2023 : Finished at 8.06 PM. Feeling my arms are getting stronger day by day. I usually started my workout with 20 mins yoga to awaken my body, then this arm workout.

31 Dec 2023 & 1 Jan 2024 : I missed my workout (staying up all night and wake up late😆)

2/1/2024 : Finished at 6.25 AM. I'm back to my morning workout. Starting 2024 with more toned up arms & abs💪🏻

Week 3 - KCF MARCH MADNESS BREAK - 3/21 - Done. (Favorited) I’m sincerely liking short rests and no repeats, muscle fatigue comes faster and failure happens quicker! It’s a good feeling! We’ve gained a bit of muscle mass after weighing in after Bike & Bells! Still have a ways to go. Blessed for the results! New gym matting is coming this week!
