Love these warm-up exercises! Was looking for a 5 mins stretch exercises to do before one of your 20 mins exercises and came upon this! So glad. Have done the 8 mins and 15 mins stretch several times👍 I really love your exercises.

I can't let myself go without saying thanks-- this time- uncharacteristically for me, 'late' :
Yesterday, I did this 5 min. warmup TWICE in a row, because it was that good. At 68 years old, feeling better than I have in years, how can I fail to express my gratitude( I cannot).
So, 💕💕Thank you dear Schellea. 💕💕And now I have the delightful task of deciding which of these amazing workouts I'll do today, as i have the time🙏
